Once we have connected & have your consultation or appointment scheduled, you will receive a welcome e-mail from me within 24 hours with more details along with a Welcome Packet to ensure that your first visit is seamless.  You will also get appointment reminders 72 hours & 24 hours before your appointment.  Feel free to e-mail or call me at anytime leading up to your appointment with any questions or concerns.

What To Expect During Your Consultation:

​I know your time is valuable and want to offer consultations that fit within your busy schedule.  For that reason and depending on the services you are requesting, some of my consultations can be done solely through e-mail or a phone conversation.  Keratin Fusion Extensions & Scalp MicroPigmentation services do require an in-person consultation.  

 

No matter how we go about your consultation, we will thoroughly go over any questions & concerns you may have about the service(s) you are interested in.  I will go over and explain any processes to make sure you completely understand the service, the process(es) & the maintenance involved.  If, after a thorough consultation, you are ready to move forward, we will get you scheduled for your desired services!

What To Expect During Your Service Time with Me:

I offer a one-on-one experience in a relaxing, private salon suite.  Because of the time consuming nature of some of my services, such as, Keratin Fusion Extensions, Keratin Smoothing Treatments & Scalp MicroPigmentation services, I offer amenities such as drinks, snacks, coffee, phone chargers, WiFi, Netflix, You Tube TV.  You are my guest and I will always strive to keep you comfortable no matter what you're having done.
